Sep 17, 2015 · Hello folks, I am having an issue with my rear tube sheets overheating. I am referring to Cleaver Brooks 500hp packaged fire tube boilers. Natural gas fired. Less then two months ago we had the entire lower sectioned retubed, had 70 tubes leaking out of 126. These were still the original 25 year old tubes, had a couple rerolls to stop some weeping along the way.
